目前國(guo)內無紙面石膏板生產(chan)線的(de)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化程度(du)還未實(shi)現(xian)(xian),現(xian)(xian)處于手動(dong)(dong)和(he)半自(zi)動(dong)(dong)水平,受自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化水平的(de)限制(zhi),國(guo)內的(de)無紙面石膏板的(de)質量和(he)產(chan)量均不能(neng)滿(man)足市(shi)場的(de)需求;為了解決以(yi)上存(cun)在的(de)問題,本設(she)備(bei)提(ti)供了一(yi)套自(zi)動(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong);其所采(cai)用的(de)方案是:該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)包括中(zhong)央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室(shi)、溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站、配料工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、成(cheng)(cheng)型工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、切斷工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、橫向(xiang)輸送工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、烘干工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站、各個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站之間通過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網絡系(xi)(xi)統(tong)環(huan)網連接,構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)網絡層(ceng);各工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站通過(guo) CC-LINK 網與智能(neng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)、變(bian)頻器(qi)連接,構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)現(xian)(xian)場網絡層(ceng);生產(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)采(cai)用分布式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong), CPU 模塊(kuai)選用西門(men)子(zi) S7-300,現(xian)(xian)場I/O 模塊(kuai)采(cai)用西門(men)子(zi) ET-200S,人(ren)機界面 HMI 為西門(men)子(zi) WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站和(he)上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心 SCADA 通過(guo)冗(rong)余(yu)工(gong)(gong)業以(yi)太(tai)網相(xiang)連,從而實(shi)現(xian)(xian)生產(chan)過(guo)程的(de)集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)實(shi)時數據統(tong)一(yi)管(guan)理。設(she)備(bei)級(變(bian)頻器(qi)、分布式 I/O 等(deng))采(cai)用現(xian)(xian)場總線通訊。電(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)員站、現(xian)(xian)場各類(lei)檢(jian)測元件。
